See all common questions →Yes. TLC offers ambulatory transportation as well as wheelchair transportation. Tell us about any walking aids and assistance needs so we can review the appropriate service.
We do not accept or bill insurance at this time. We offer self-pay and approved facility billing.
No. TLC does not provide stretcher transport or ambulance services. If someone must remain on a stretcher, arrange an appropriately licensed ambulance provider.
No. Your request is reviewed first. TLC contacts you to confirm availability, trip details, and pickup time.
Use our secure Hushmail request form and secure replies for personal and medical information. The form provides encrypted submission; submitting a request does not confirm a ride.
