At TLC Mobility Transport Services, we pride ourselves on offering safe, reliable, and comfortable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) throughout Northeast Ohio. Whether you need transportation for medical appointments, family events, or other non-emergency travel, our team provides professional and timely service to meet your mobility needs.

Our mileage calculation is straight-forward and based on the following route:

    • Start at our office: 1440 Rockside Road, Parma, OH 44134
    • Travel to the client’s pickup location
    • Proceed to the drop-off location
    • Return to the client’s pickup location
    • Finally, return to our office

Standard Wheelchair Service

We provide safe and reliable transportation for clients using standard wheelchairs, offering assistance with loading and unloading. Our service ensures a smooth, comfortable ride for those who can transfer independently or with minimal help.

  • Standard Hours: Round-trip Load Fee $100
  • Standard Hours: $5/per mile
  • Weekends/Afterhours (7p-6a): $150 Load Fee and $7/per mile
  • Holidays: $175 Load Fee and $8/per mile

Reclining/Bariatric/Motorized Wheelchairs

We provide transportation for reclining, bariatric, and motorized wheelchairs. Please note that total combined weight of the client and wheelchair must not exceed 600 lbs. Wheelchair width must not exceed 32 inches.

  • Standard Hours: Round-trip Load Fee $150
  • Standard Hours: $6/per mile
  • Weekends/Afterhours (7p-6a): $175 Load Fee and $7/per mile
  • Holidays: $195 Load Fee and $8/per mile

Ambulatory

For clients who can walk independently without any assistance. Please note that individuals using walking aids, such as canes or walkers, are not considered ambulatory for safety and service accuracy.

  • Standard Hours: Round-trip Load Fee $80
  • Standard Hours: $4/per mile
  • Weekends/Afterhours (7p-6a): $100 Load Fee and $5/per mile
  • Holidays: $125 Load Fee and $6/per mile

Add-on Services

We offer a variety of add-on services to ensure your transportation experience is as comfortable and supportive as possible. These services are designed to meet the unique needs of our clients, providing extra assistance and mobility options to make every journey smoother and more convenient.

  • Pickup/Drop-Off Assistance $60/Hour
  • Companion Rider (First Rider No Charge)
  • Companion Care $60/Hour (Drivers Stays with Client for continuous support and no wait times)
  • Stair Assistance (Cost Determined per Situation)​
  • Wheelchair Support (Standard, Bariatric or Reclining Wheelchairs are available for an additional charge)
